Steps to Start HR Work

Please find the steps of working -

Once the HR application formalities are finished,
then

we create a Guru Krupa registered email ID for HR coordination work.
then

We will send a welcome and interest area form on your Gurukrupa registered email ID.
Here you can fill out your areas of interest and email it to us.
Now

*Gurukrupa starts approximately 200 emails to your Gurukrupa registered email ID within around 5 days.
&

From the 3rd day, Gurukrupa started conducting a 3-day HR training program.
You can pick up the phone and make notes from your homes.
&

Until the fifth day of HR training, 200 emails were received.
Now

From the 5th day, you can start working for a lifetime, directly coordinating with HR client and working independently.
